How To Apply
Perth Amboy Housing Authority will provide a list of qualified veterans with DD 214 status. Homeowners must contribute 300 hours of “sweat equity”, working side-by-side with volunteers on constructing their home. To qualify, household income must be at least $35,000 and cannot exceed these maximums based on the number of people in the household.* Interested persons MUST attend one of two orientation meetings at the Perth Amboy Housing Authority
