P.A.R.T.N.E.R. works to strengthen neighborhoods in Perth Amboy by expanding access to safe housing, economic opportunity, and community-based support. We collaborate with residents, nonprofit partners, local businesses, and the City to deliver programs that help families stay in their homes, build skills, grow small businesses, and create stronger, more stable communities.
Through targeted initiatives, including the Gateway Neighborhood effort under the New Jersey Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit (NRTC) program, we coordinate long-term investment and programming where it is needed most.
Our work includes housing counseling and home repair, workforce training and education, small business support, youth and senior services, and neighborhood-based events that build connection and trust. We focus on practical solutions that respond directly to community needs and create long-term stability.
