Success Bound Leadership Scholarships

Education & Workforce Pathways

Education and workforce development are essential components of PARTNER’s Gateway Neighborhood Revitalization work. Through targeted scholarships, leadership development, and college and career readiness opportunities, PARTNER supports residents in building the skills and confidence needed to achieve long-term stability and economic mobility.

Our education pathway approach recognizes that access to opportunity begins early and continues throughout adulthood. By investing in students at different stages, from high school leadership development to postsecondary and continuing education, PARTNER helps residents navigate pathways that lead to meaningful careers and stronger communities.

These programs are designed to reduce barriers, expand access to education, and connect participants to the tools and support needed to succeed in school, work, and civic life.

Success Bound Leadership Scholarships

The Success Bound Leadership Scholarships support high school students from the Gateway Neighborhood in participating in the Success Bound Leadership Academy hosted by Middlesex College. Designed for rising juniors and seniors, the summer academy focuses on leadership development, college and career readiness, and personal growth.

Through this opportunity, students engage in structured workshops, gain exposure to a college campus, and build skills to navigate future academic and career pathways. By removing financial barriers to participation, the scholarship ensures that students can fully benefit from a high-quality leadership experience during a critical stage of development.

The Success Bound Leadership Scholarships reflect PARTNER’s commitment to investing in local youth as part of its broader Gateway Neighborhood Revitalization strategy, linking education, opportunity, and long-term community stability.
