Why home repairs matter
In older neighborhoods, small repair issues can quickly become safety concerns. For many homeowners, especially seniors and working families, unexpected repairs can be financially overwhelming.
By investing in critical repairs and accessibility improvements, Home Repair & Rehabilitation helps residents remain safely housed, preserves existing housing stock, and strengthens block-by-block neighborhood stability.
