Gateway Neighborhood Plan
The Gateway Neighborhood Plan is a ten-year, community-driven roadmap for revitalization in Perth Amboy’s Gateway Neighborhood. Completed in 2021 by P.A.R.T.N.E.R., the Gateway Neighborhood Collaborative, and New Jersey Community Capital, the Plan guides long-term strategies for housing, economic development, neighborhood improvements, and resident support.
The Plan also supports ongoing participation in New Jersey’s Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit (NRTC) program, helping bring resources to implement neighborhood priorities.
The final plan is available online and for public review at the Gateway Neighborhood Collaborative office (415 Fayette Street, Perth Amboy), Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by email upon request.
