Education & Workforce Pathways
Education and workforce development are essential components of PARTNER’s Gateway Neighborhood Revitalization work. Through targeted scholarships, leadership development, and college and career readiness opportunities, PARTNER supports residents in building the skills and confidence needed to achieve long-term stability and economic mobility.
Our education pathway approach recognizes that access to opportunity begins early and continues throughout adulthood. By investing in students at different stages, from high school leadership development to postsecondary and continuing education, PARTNER helps residents navigate pathways that lead to meaningful careers and stronger communities.
These programs are designed to reduce barriers, expand access to education, and connect participants to the tools and support needed to succeed in school, work, and civic life.
Achieving Success & Knowledge (A.S.K.) Scholarship Program
The Achieving Success & Knowledge (A.S.K.) Scholarship Program supports educational advancement for individuals and families connected to the Housing Authority of the City of Perth Amboy. Sponsored by PARTNER, the program helps residents pursue postsecondary education, workforce training, and leadership opportunities as pathways to long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
Education is a critical component of neighborhood revitalization. Through A.S.K., PARTNER invests in residents who demonstrate commitment, perseverance, and a desire to build a better future for themselves and their families.
