Resident Meeting
The GATEWAY Neighborhood Collaborative (GNC) is a growing group of community-based residents and relevant partners working together to shape and form the GNC Neighborhood Vision; a resident driven plan intended to enhance the viability of the GATEWAY Neighborhood and improve the quality of life for its residents. The
GATEWAY area in Perth Amboy extends from Route 35 to Fayette Street and Elm Street to the Raritan River. A steering committee will govern the planning process to realize the following goals:
1. Enhance community organization
2. Promote a new mix of retail, residential and other land uses
3. Encourage the connectivity of facilities and services
Funding for the GNC grant is made possible through Wells Fargo Regional Foundation.
